Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you complete control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect mails from one email account to another, create email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your email box accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you would like to forward emails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
